When we refer to ourselves as "we" or "MedTrend", we mean our company, P4 Healthcare, LLC, including any other health portals we own and/or operate. The names for our products and services on medtrendintl.com are protected by trademark laws in the U.S. and internationally. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Linking Policy

By registering for meetings through MedTrend, you acknowledge and agree that, from time to time, we will forward to you e-mail messages from third parties. We will never share your email address(es) with any third party unless you have specifically given us permission to do so.

Disputes and Arbitration

If you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or eliminate your account and remove any information you have placed on our site. We may also take any legal action we think is appropriate. If your violation of this Agreement causes harm to others, you agree to hold MedTrend harmless against any liability for that harm. If there is any dispute between us concerning this Agreement or your use of our site, we both agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation, followed by binding arbitration. Both the mediation and the arbitration will be governed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the venue for the arbitration shall be in Maryland.
